At Sounds Like Yoga, our mission is to create a space where mindfulness and relaxation become integral to daily life, not just fleeting moments. We aim to guide individuals on a journey inward, helping them reconnect with their inner strength and resilience. By offering thoughtfully designed sessions rooted in sound therapy, yoga, and mindfulness, we empower people to step away from the stress of modern life and cultivate a deeper sense of peace, balance, and personal growth.
Charlotte is a trained Reiki Master, Sound Healing Therapist, and Yoga Practitioner. She founded Sounds Like Yoga after embarking on her own healing journey during the pandemic, prompted by a personal health crisis. This experience led her to explore various healing modalities that resonated with her. Through these discoveries, she developed a program that restored her well-being and inspired her to share its benefits with others through her classes.
Our sessions are thoughtfully designed to suit a variety of settings, including care homes, schools, hospitals, corporate offices, health centres, and ceremonial events. Each class is part of a structured seven-week program, carefully crafted to address different aspects of life, fostering personal growth and promoting self-regulation within the community.
Outside of these settings, Charlotte collaborates closely with the charity Mencap, which holds a special place in her heart. She runs a weekly class at Mencap's Burview Hall, where she also hosts spiritual events and additional sessions.

Through a fusion of practices such as Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, Reiki, breath work and somatic exercises. We guide individuals on a holistic journey towards inner peace and well-being.
Charlotte centres her work on fostering heart connection, guiding individuals to shift their focus from the mind to the heart and body. Starting every class with a healing breath infused with a chosen aromatherapy blend, she sets a calming tone to enrich the experience.
In her spiritual practices, Charlotte honors plant medicine as a bridge between the body and the divine. By working with sacred plants such as mugwort and palo santo, she clears stagnant energies and facilitates transformative healing.
